1) Is Indian president independent enough to make rules Or is he a person with pen to sign rules passed by so called politicians?
2)All of us know that Mr Kalam's term is going to end shortly. so, will Mr.NRN be the right candidate to succeed him?(This question is with reference to the reporters questions to both Mr. NRN and Mr. Kalam in Mysore at Infosys Campus)
